Wow, 2023 is almost over, and what a year it has been! Lots of changes to the lab (my 1st student graduating and new people starting (detailed update forthcoming)), new funding, fantastic publications, new & bigger space and a new department chair.
To properly celebrate the end of the year, we, in old tradition, teamed up with the Bird lab. After technical hurdles prevented us from playing laser tag, we turned to Axe throwing. This was a lot of fun and resulted in a win for the Kopinke lab (code name Axeneme). We ended the night with some celebratory drinks and pizza. Happy Holidays and a Happy 2024 everyone!
